I’m not even mad at this new DC logo.
Yeah, the old circle logo is still tops, but you can’t tell me this isn’t a step in the right direction for a brand (industry?) that has to adapt to a world where printed matter isn’t consumed as widely as it once was. Interesting to note the transition to an “entertainment” property; where does that fit in the grander scheme for parent company Time Warner? Curious to see how that develops.
A quick note: final logo may use color. This comes from the US Trademark office, and as such has to be in black and white. I’m curious to see what the final version is, but as of now, I’m on board.
